Permanent Supportive Housing

Permanent Supportive Housing combines affordable housing assistance with voluntary support services to address the needs of those that may need a little extra CARE.

Services are designed to build independent living, tenancy skills, and connect individuals with resources to help them continue to thrive.

We currently offer these services in the Pasco County Area.

Ozanam Village I

The first phase of SVdP CARES permanent supportive housing project, established in May of 2018.

Ozanam Village II

The second phase of SVdP CARES permanent supportive housing project, established in November of 2020.

Ozanam Village III

The third phase of SVdP CARES permanent supportive housing project, established in May of 2021.

Rosalie Rendu Residences

The fourth phase of SVdP CARES permanent supportive housing project, established in July of 2021.
